Which collagen stimulators Nexus offers and which we deliberately do not
Nexus uses two of the three categories of collagen stimulators. The first is the hyaluronic acid bioremodeller path: Profhilo, Juvederm SkinViv, Teosyal Redensity 1, Filorga NCTF 135 HA, and K-Glass. This path is enzyme-reversible at the dermal layer, so response can be adjusted during the course if needed.
The second is the polynucleotide path: Rejuran and Nucleofill. Different mechanism category, reversibility through natural metabolism over time rather than enzyme reversal.
Sculptra, Ellanse, and Radiesse are deliberately not on the menu. These are microsphere-class collagen stimulators offered by other clinics in Singapore. Dr Samantha's clinical-protocol preference is for the two reversible categories above. Patients wanting the microsphere category should look at clinics that have built their protocol around it.
What HA biostimulators add beyond plain hyaluronic acid
Within the HA bioremodeller category, formulations vary across the dermal layer they target. Profhilo uses a stabilised hyaluronic acid formulation. Jalupro adds amino acids and peptides to the HA carrier. Teosyal Redensity 1 includes amino acids, peptides, and minerals. Filorga NCTF 135 HA carries a multi-ingredient mesotherapy compound. Numbing cream and skin prep

Injection
