Inspiration

Dr Samantha used to suffer from teenage acne issues for many years. She remembers going to the GP regularly and trying topical creams to various oral medications to treat her acne. Acne scars made things worse and affected her confidence. For a long time, she was very reliant on makeup and she noticed it took a toll on her self-esteem and her interactions with people. She then embarked on a journey to research more about acne and experimented with various products and treatments. In the process, her curiosity made her try many other aesthetic treatments herself and she decided to leave her surgical career to do what she enjoys best – aesthetic medical treatments.

Passion

Her passion stems from the difference she has made to her patients and herself. Being able to empathise with patients who are trying a procedure for the first time, to the ones who suffer from acne, to those who want to enhance their looks for reasons such as improving their self-confidence — having had first hand experience makes her more relatable to the patients and she always hopes that their aesthetic journey would be as fulfilling as hers.

She also strongly believes in beauty and lifestyle and their connection to holistic wellness and self-love.

‘When you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, good things happen.’
